A web-based platform and services to enable gender parity programs, providing the company-wide data and transparency to turn the corporate vision a daily operational reality.
Platform would have a real-time reporting engine to pull data from disparate systems to report in near real-time across business units and business functions.
Based on data insight, management would be able to create corporate & local programs to further gender parity which employees sign up to as individuals or teams. These programs could include awareness & education, process review or innovation to remove constraints, stimulate participation or actively engage and support women.
Purpose of platform would be to:
Increase Female % at Senior & Middle management levels.
Create target based pipeline of female candidates for management roles.
Create transparency on gender parity performance across the entire business.
Generate insights for engaging and improving participation in gender parity programs.
Raise awareness & educate individuals & teams as to the policies and value of gender parity.
Provide direct & indirect support to women to further their management careers, individually and as a community.
